I would say 10 minutes, guys can hold there pee in for a long time

it depends on your age and health conditions. there will be some times that you want to pee and can't. there will be sometimes that you are always going to the bathroom. there is sometimes you will have a urine bag scrap to your leg. some times you will not have any control over it.there will be sometime that it breaks up your sleeping time. the best thing is see a doctor once year.

General rule of thumb, and info I got from a herbal chinese doctor. when your body wants it out , that the best time to let it out. Basically your body is telling you , hey you have left over toxins in here and they need to go so the longer you wait the more chances these toxins can damage your body
