Dont you know when your walking like in a hallway or something and then there is someone infront of you. When you try to get around them and they try to go the same way as you and you keep going back and forth trying to get around them. i lost my voice for about 3 days and now i'm all better. But now, i can only turn my neck a little bit to the side cause it hurts so bad, and the very back of my neck hurts, i have pains in my lower back, and in the middle of my back, and a very bad headache. I'm so worried that i have something serious wrong, like a tumor or something. What do you think?

I had fallen on my knee in a race 3 days ago and scun up my knee. I'm still suffering from it being swollen and very hard to get out of bed or walk on. Considering i dont have insurance to go to the doctor i dont want to go unless i absolutly have to. But some people say if you get water built up in your knee it could be bad. What should i do?
