Last week I had a really bad sore throat, it got better like 4 days later, and then i started to lose my voice

i lost my voice for about 3 days and now i'm all better. But now, i can only turn my neck a little bit to the side cause it hurts so bad, and the very back of my neck hurts, i have pains in my lower back, and in the middle of my back, and a very bad headache. I'm so worried that i have something serious wrong, like a tumor or something. What do you think?

There are a lot of medical conditons that can cause soreness of the throat,a stiff neck, and a headache. Some are really minor and some are very severe. The most severe that I can think of would be meningitis, which is characterized by a severe headache, stiff neck, sensitivity to light, and vomiting. You might be getting over the flu, which can cause muscle aches and pains, or it might be something worse. The best advice I can give would be to go see your primary care physician, and let him or her decide what it is.
