General Health Care - July 2006

Hello. I pull a muscle somewhere inbetween my back and shoulder every once in a while. Maybe it is the lower trapezius. It is a high school wrestling injury that I guess never fully heals. I'm in my 30's now and I work out regularly.

How do you suggest treating it?

What do you reccomend for back pain?

How do you control asthmatic breathing in summer when heat dry 30+ but its not asthma attack so no nebuliser or inhalers help. But the peak flow drops from 700 to 300. Already taking hay fever meds as told to by GP. But breathing like a 70yr old when only in 30's.

I was in bed with my 19 yr old sister and I noticed that she had wet the bed. I want to let my parents know because I'm worried, she might have a bladder problem, does anyone know what I should do, and why did she wet the bed?

Last time I quit smoking (cold turkey) I gained a ton of weight, like 35-40 lbs. Exercising did not help one bit! I'm a naturally small person usually, and I just felt like a whale. After starting again the weight came off. I'd like to quit but I know if i start to gain weight I'll just start again. My Dr recommended Zyban and said it would help with not gaining weight. Anyone try that with success? Or anything else?

I probally should see a doc about this but i thought id ask if anyone else on here has had simlar pain....it started as a burning sensation on the back of my left ankle, and has left me with a dull ache, not all the time but when i get up in the morning and stand on it, it hurts...or if ive been lying down for a while then stand up it hurts. Sometimes when i go to bed i get the burning sensation again, its only on my left ankel at the back and it comes and goes......any ideas on what this could be?
