I just recently moved to Florida, and I didn't realize how much stronger the UV rays are here! It is crazy.. And what they say about the sun reflecting from the water is true, I guess.

What ever you do, don't put anything with oil in it or some kind of loition,..it just keeps the "heat" in. You can get 100% aloe vera at any store. Next time you better use a good high number sun screen.

Pour cold milk over your body for instant relief.
For less chance of blistering, cut open an aloe vera plant leaf, and smother yourself in the aloe vera gel.
Trust me these both work.

Ouch! Put cold milk in a bowl. Take a wash cloth, soak it in milk, and pat your sunburn with the soaked wash cloth. It works.
