your body gets some nutrition from it but the best thing it gets is bulk, to help you pass your foods well. it really is a valuable veggie just for that reason.

It also is loaded in starch - which turns into sugar- which is empty carbs... It still tastes really good. Especially with a ton of butter and salt.

it has nutrition bodies just cant digest it
