She could have IBS. (irritable bowel syndrom) I don't know if they can diagnose it that early, but I was offically diagnosed when I was 16 but had the same stomach problems for as long as I can remember. Talk to a doc.

Put her on a juice and fruit diet and avoid dairy products, non-vegetarian food. Drinking lots of water in a day also helps

Cut down on the dairy products and breads for a week and see if she is doing any better. If not, talk to her doctor.
