Dehydration is probably the main one. When you have a headache, drink a couple of big glasses of water and see how that helps. I have done that many times before, and the headache usually goes in about an hour.

Could be lots of different things - For me, it's usually dehydration - When I drink water frequently (especially in very hot weather), I tend to avoid headaches. If I go a while without water I often get one. It could be due to lack of sleep, or stress, or looking to long at a computer. If in doubt, consult your doctor

there are a number of causes for headaches. The main ones are tension, stress and dehydration.

headaches.... it cud be a sign/symptom of other diseases... however, its causes are "lots"... famous of all is due to 1.stress.. 2.increased intracranial pressure (Hypertension leads to high blood pressure including the cerebral supply.., tumors compressing the brain, increased CSF) 3. could be a result from medications... and lllloooottttssss mmmmmoooorrrrreeeee...

definitely stress. try not to worry too much about rubbish and the headaches should disappear
