I have been to the best ortho Dr there is. I am in more pain once the nerve was freed. I have been on several forms of meds to calm the nerve itself. all that did was depress me greatly and add 50lbs. I have been to PT for over 4 months TID I also have had 2 Epidural shots that did not help. I do have a tens/muscle unit that helps ice/heat. I have been to Orth surg, Anes Pain, Neuro consult, PMR consult and my Family Dr Here is what I am told 1]Rt Cervical Radiculopathy [chronic C6 nerve root], 2] Post Laminectomy Syndrome 3] Occipital neuralgia 4] Migraines

The stone IS causing problems. I suffer from "gallbladder attacks" and have some sort of stomach problem on a daily basis. The problem is I can't afford to have surgery. Also, I don't have insurance, or good credit to get financial assistance. Should I worry about this stone? I've had it at least 10 years. Thanks for any help.

My hand joints are very painful. Especially the 2 middle fingers, index, and ring fingers. They are swollen to point of having sausage fingers. My middle knuckles are red and irratated and a slightly warm to the touch. I find it hard to use a pencil, type, or hold anything to long. OTC pain and anti-inflammatories ease it just a bit. It all started about 3 weeks ago. There is a history of artheritis in my family and now fibromialga(sp?) No history of rheumitiod. Is there a certain type of doctor I should consult?

I haven't hit anyone or anything that I know of, but its really tender and looks sunken. There's no discoloration and its felt this way most of the day. Its the ring finger right at the base the first knucle.
