Latex condoms can be very drying. That is why most people use lubricants. Apply some to your genital area (there are some brands that can be inserted with an applicator and last for up to 3 days) and a little can be added inside the condom to enhance his pleasure. I hope you are married, old enough to have sex and can read the labels on the products!

Not sure what you mean, but if you mean lubricants for sex, then use it whenever you want. Sometimes you might be a bit dry, not aroused enough or just because. Just use if you think you need it or experiment. Make it fun.
