yeah the story goes that great grandma Edith was laughing so hard at one of great granpa's jokes she inhaled a piece of chicken up her nose and it got caught in her air way and no one realized she was choking and she just keeled over and dropped dead - so the answer is yes

If your laughing really hard for about two minutes( like your being tickled ) You CAN pass out from lack of oxygen.

No. It could be possible to passout because you can not catch your breath. But as soon as you do, you would stop laughing and begin breathing.
