General Health Care - July 2006

I was and now I have osteoarthritis in my ankles and I'm only 28.
If anyone has some advice on what to do for the constant pain, aside from O.T.C. medicine which I believe I have built an immunity to because it doesn't work for me anymore? Thank you in advance.

Glasses especially those with frame may trigger fungal deposition. Usually this fungal (greenish alga) will gather around areas such as 2 plastic pads supporting the frame against the nose and surrounding areas of the lenses attached to the frame.

It looks horrible and the stain will remain there after a long time.So in yr personal experience or knowledge that u have, how do you get rid of this?

I think something needs to be done about hospital charging interest on medical bill balances. In my opinion I think it should be illegal and the PPO discount your suppose to get for using an in network provider your not getting if interest is being added back on the balance. Please help- for this needs to be changed for all of us!!

I am a 26 yr old woman and my right arm hurts so bad during the night that I wake up crying. It feels like it's numb, but it hurts realllllly bad. Stepped on a bee last week. I removed the stinger and put baking soda paste on it to stop the pain. Now that toe gets VERY itchy top and bottom. I've scratched it and made it hurt. Now I am trying Tinactin (for Athlete's foot) on it but it is still itchy. It drives me crazy at night.
