General Health Care - July 2006

I just received a benefits packout outline and I don't understand what the premium is. I know a little bit about co-pays and insurance, but I just don't get who pays the premium and where the money comes from. Does it come out of your monthly pay? If so, what is a high/low premium? Any explanation would help! Thanks!

All of my three children have threadworm. They all took one Ovex tablet each yesterday afternoon but the worms are still there tonight. Am I expecting miracles? How long does it actually take for the medication to work? My eldest is being driven absolutely mad by the itching.

I have little wounds on my lips and they are sore for quite a long time.I know that these are not pathogenic.I want my lips back :(
Sometimes I pick and bite them and make these small wounds bleed.So tired of that.
Which pomade would you recommend me if you have had the same problem before?
P.S.I smoke maybe that's the cause of irritation.
Please name me the pomades that worked best on your lips.

me and my girlfriend had oral sex and various other things.Then we had sex and I used a condom.I pulled out after she had her orgasm but i hadnt had my orgasm yet.Then she made me have an orgasm by performing oral sex and she used her hand to make me ejaculate.The semen got on my hand but i wiped it off and cleaned my hands with rubbing alcohol, I then inserted my finger into her vagina. About an hour later I penetrated without a condom for about 10-20 seconds and then I pulled out because it hurt her. So now I am scared that she might have gotten pregnant when I penetrated without a condom. Also this morning she woke up feeling tired and with nausea. We also only had a few hours of sleep after all this.

That question drives me crazy! Fractured is a medical term for broken. A fracture is no better than a break. There are bunches of different named fractures but the bottom line is that they are all broken bones, just different kinds of breaks.
Greenstick fractures, incomplete fractures, colles fractures, on and on. Most are named after someone.
I'm sure a lot of people will not agree.

my daughter came home from her grandmothers yesterday with her eyes almost swelled shut and severe redness all the way across the bridge of her nose this has never happened to her before i took her straight to the hospital and they said it was contact dermatitis they gave her a steroid shot and she takes oral medication 3 times a day. now that the swelling is going down its starting to itch and hurt and nothing i have found can go around the eyes any information on what i might be able to put on her for some relief would be greatly appreciated
