About the same. If you use eye drops frequently throughout the day ( 4 or 5 times) then your contacts shouldn't really dry out.

It's more of a preference. I prefer contact lenses because I can't stand the way glasses make me look. I've been wearing them for the last 8 or 9 years and have NEVER had an eye infection or my eye scratched and they are still comfortable after 4 days. As long as you take care of them properly you really shouldn't have a problem with them. Don't take care of them properly and you will have problems. Simple as that.

It depends on if the dry eye is caused by the contacts, and if so, yes; but if you have genetic dry eye, then glasses won't help that much. I wear contacts and I usu. have rewetting drops on me in case my contacts get too dry during wear. Talk to your eye doc, he will be able to guide you.

It will be alot better.....I switch back and forth between my contacts and glasses. My eye doctor also told me to try the newer contact washes that help "moisture therapy" is one I believe....just look for it on the bottles....they do say things like moisture lock and dry eye solutions...things like that...Good Luck.

You should ask your eye doctor. They make contacts that help reduce dry eyes and that are supposed to be more "breathable". My husband switched to Oasys ...he is very satisfied.

it depends on your eyes. personally i wear contacts and have never had a problem with dry eyes. maybe if you switch types of lenses you're using it would help with the problem.
