Once your clear make sure to get a fibre intake of fibre.

I strongly urge you to make an appointment to see you doctor in the next day or so - in the mean time drink plenty of fluids and take pain killers for the pain in your stomach - not aspirin though as this can irritate the stomach even more!

Constipation. However if you pass what look like coffee grinds you need to see a doctor. It is most probably your diet. I would though speak to a chemist or a doctor.
