you have a serious problem. A helthy person has a bowel movement about 5-7 times a week. An unhealthy person atleast poops 2 times a week. Go to the hospital, you need to get an enema. (its when they put a tube in you and flush and suck it out as gross as it sounds.) dont let it get any worse. You could poison yourself.

SEE A DOCTOR.
You may have a bowel obstruction. This could be life threatening.
However, if you have a very poor diet (for example, no fruit, veg, or whole grains) that is the most likely cause.
Either way, I think you should seek medical attention. This is definitely NOT NORMAL.

Get yourself to a doctor right away. You might have an impacted bowel - which can be very dangerous. There might be something else, like an inactive intestine, which can be helped by medication.

it has something to do with your digestion and intestinal tract. you should see your doctor and get a referral to a gastrointerologist. In the meantime soflax is a fantastic softner.

You could be obstructed... or have a partial bowel obstruction. If you are truely that swollen, go in to the ER or doctor's office ASAP and have them look and see what's going on.

Go to the ER, or call your doctor. You may have a bowel blockage and may need surgery to clear it out.

Doctor - asap.
Then after that, start drinking more water and eating more fruit! Apples, peaches, nectarines, oranges...
