Neosporin or Bacitracin.
Wash with a little soap and water. Don't use peroxide - it'll kill the healthy cells and leave you with a scar.
If it swells, turns red, or oozes, see a doctor ASAP.

Bactroban or a Triple Antibiotic Ointment
Use a q-tip to apply the ointment onto the scrape because if your fingers are dirty you do not want the dirt to get into the scrape.

I like band-aid hurt free antiseptic wash. It has germ killing and pain-relieving properties. After cleaning the wound apply an antibiotic ointment such as neosporin and cover with a bandage. Keeping the wound covered and moist (with ointment) can prevent or minimize the scarring.

Clean the wound [either go back into chlorinated water or use water/soap] and then put on some Neosporin and a bandage [that properly fits on the wound]. This is all assuming that you do not need stitches.

Yes its an old folks remedy but it works Great! If you have a dog or a friend that has a dog, have the dog lick it. It gets rid of any infection because a dogs mouth is full of antibodies.
