About an hour later I penetrated without a condom for about 10-20 seconds and then I pulled out because it hurt her. So now I am scared that she might have gotten pregnant when I penetrated without a condom. Also this morning she woke up feeling tired and with nausea. We also only had a few hours of sleep after all this.

Your mistake was penetration without a condom, especially after you had already ejaculated. That was not advisable, and yes, she may be pregnant.
Also, if you have semen on your hands, simply washing them well with an antibacterial soap and water should do the trick. Alcohol is overkill, and you might miss a spot.
However, assuming this all happened last night, it is unlikely that your girlfriend is feeling sick due to being pregnant. You now really have to do the waiting thing and hope for her period to come. If she is very worried about it, she might miss it even though she is not pregnant. if that is the case, then take a pregnancy test.

Its a good chance that she could be. Any time you have sex without using protection you run the risk of getting pregnant. There is semen that comes out before you fully ejaculate. I would bet that she was tired from a long night. Be sure to use protection if your not interested in having children just yet. Truly the best protection that is 100% effective is not to have sex until your married.

Well, Pancho.....it's really hard to say. If you came in those 20 or so seconds of unprotected sex, it's very possible; somewhat unlikely, however.
Best way to know is to have GF take an over counter pregnancy test, found in pharmacy. If it says the stork's a'comming....then she better go to doctor for test confirmation. If doc agrees, then you go tell the parents....and there goes the darn neighborhood!!!
Bottom line: NEVER go in w/out the love glove; it's really safer to use two at same time.

If this was just last night, then I doubt she woke up nauseated from becoming pregnant. It doesn't happen that quickly. Were the two of you drinking also? That can make you wake up nauseated. Wait to see if she misses her period then get her an E.P.T. Good luck.

I highly doubt she is pregnant, and she wouldn't feel the symptoms instantly anyways. Unfortunately for confirmation, u are gonna hafta wait for her period. If she's late, take a test.
