I was and now I have osteoarthritis in my ankles and I'm only 28.
If anyone has some advice on what to do for the constant pain, aside from O.T.C. medicine which I believe I have built an immunity to because it doesn't work for me anymore? Thank you in advance.

My husband was born with this condition, and he takes Goody powder on a regular basis. Also, his job requires lots of walking, so he rests at night as much as possible, soaks his feet, uses a menthol foot rub (which seems to help a lot) and puts his feet up to ease the pain. You may also want to look into acupunture, as I've heard this has helped other people quite a bit. Good luck, and I'm sorry you're hurting.
