I have this sole, for lack of a better word right where my underwear sits between my private and my leg, right above the tendon. It's not from my underwear wearing wrong cause I get those ON the tendon. Now, this purple sore itches like MAD most of the time and when it stops itching, if I touch it, it starts again. Like a moskito bite, you know sometimes you forget about it and sometimes it itches like heck. OK, and its been there for almost 2 months now. Oh yea and it used to bleed but it looks like its starting to go away. It never pussed or anything, it was just purple and itchy. Any ideas what it was?? BTW, my boyfriend has HPV, I haven't seen it in me yet ... I was thinking maybe this was it trying to pop up out of the nerve ending but it was too close to the skin? let me know what you think. Thanks!

i did not have any sexual contact with any body. i think i had scabies cause the itching went away after using permethrine cream but chancres remained on penis and scrotum i had taken doxicycline100mg thrise daily for 15 days but they didnt heal at all. i am afraid if it is syphyllis or not?

I recently after a night of drinking went home with a guy and had unprotected sex with him. I have never had a one night stand before so I feel very quilty and ashamed. I am on birth control so I am not worried about getting pregnant but I am worried about STD's. I talked with the guy and he assured me that he had been tested within the last year and he was clean and had only protected sex with the other girl(s) he had been with this year. My thing is if he had unprotected sex with me than he has probably done it before. How soon can I get checked for STD's and how worried should I be. Please help... Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

i had a blister on my vagina but it popped and pus came out now it looks like a red scar. I have heard of genital herpes but i don't know if this is it. Im scared and i haven't told my mom because im embarressed and scared she'll be mad at me but it itches and it smells and i get this tissue that peels off around the outside and it bothers me. There is a book that would help many girls answer the questions about themselves. It's called "the V Book" by Elizabeth G Stewar, MD and Paula Spencer. This book should be read by every woman! i have a condition called vulvodynia and this book has helped me in search for relief. Oh yeah you really want to get the doctors guide it has more info rathan than the patients guide. i Hope this book helps some one like it has me.

My boyfriend works at a hospital and he got hiv blood on his hand. (His glove was broken.) The people at the hospital rushed him downstairs and gave him some type of shot to boost his immune system. about six weeks ago I had sex with someone who ended up being an ex-call girl, I didn't know until after. I had a PCR early detection test done and it cam out negative, so, obviously, at the time, she was clean.
