STDs - July 2006

Im pretty sure I have hsv2, ive been reading about it over here and over the web. My problem is that I thought recurrence would be like 3-4 times a year and less after that. In my case i've had like 3-4 occurrences already in like 2months. Its quite annoying as I cant have sex. The duration of each last around 2-3 days.
Is there anything else I should know about?

So many of the stories range from heartbreaking to outright disgusting. How do you trust anyone enough to be so intimate...even with proper precautions, you never know what's on the other side of a half millimetre of plastic?
Someone please say something to return me to the blissful boob I was, before some perverted curiosity carried me in here, or at least reassure me that I am not alone in my misery.

The tip of my penis is normal coloring. I been thinking of probally a infection of my urthera. I am really scared about going to the doctor because I was told they will stick a cotton swab up my penis and it hurts. Please help me with this decision. Some people at work say it might be because I sweat down their(I do sweat down their alot at work). It is an on and off pain never constant. It seems to get better when I take warm showers. I have no discharge, and it does not burn when I pee. PLease help anybody.

What stds can cause genearl weakness and muscle pains within two weeks . I have had mild muscle pains and today i started to get a sense of general weakness with no fever or cold. Thank You for your help and time. My blood pressure is usually normal at around 120-80 but after two weeks of constantly stressing over this my blood pressure is now 150-100. Can this be the cause of some symptoms as well? Thank You

ok look i went to the doctor but i am still worried about having hiv the doctor told me my mouth was very health and my craps in my stomach i shouldnt worry about cause i have had them since i was little and it just might be what i am eating and drinking and but i am still teird at times witch i didnt tell her but i bearly noticed it 2 day but she told i dont have anything not 2 worry and she didnt test me she just check me out you know well should i still be worried

Two weeks ago i had enaged in highly risky behavior and noticed a blister on the tip of my penis five dasy later. A few days later i starrted getting muscle pains including cramping in my abdomen. What are the chances that this is HIV and coud it be genital herpes instead?

I have something on my thigh, in the crease between my scrotum and my thigh.. it started as one small little thing that looked like a verruca, then it got flat... then after about a week it got lil sores on the tip and now looks like colliflower.. and a few other small ones have emerged... i dont have insurance and im totally emberassed to go to the doctor.. how do i know if i have HPV what else can it be?.. could it be a rash? the biggest one is stuck to my skin and kind of hangs.. what would happen if i cut it off?

I don't have the genital warts strain of the virus, but if I did, I know what would happen at the doctors. Does anyone know what happens if you DON'T have warts, if it is only detected from my pap smear? Do you know anything about the tests they might do? I'm just nervous about not knowing what's going to happen, if it'll hurt, etc. Any advice would be really helpful.

My friend just got diagnosed. She confesesd to her mother that she had been having unsafe sex for quite a while. The doctor said that that might be the reason. She's only 15. She's skinny, and she has good health other than the fact that she has HIV. How long can she live, the doctor can't put her on the pill to help HIV because she's alergic to something in it.

Since she's not going to be able to take the pill, how long will she live?

Please give me some more info on this subject!!!

When she was peforming oral (I did not *** or anything in her mouth) I didn't wear a condom. When I performed anal sex on her, I did.

I didn't get a chance to wash up until about half an hour afterward.

She has had a number of partners but said she was careful and STD free.

What do you think I should do?

Doctor sent me with a psychiatra, Im pretty sure that this is not mental, Im waitng one month more for a elisa´s test, I lost 10pounds in this 2 months, Im eating ok, I promissed to be quiet this month but its hard, What should I take to increase or maintan my weight, Is it possible that HIV is doing me this so soon?

I am concerned about HIV and have a purple flat spot on the tendon between my thumb and index finger. It is about an inch long and painless and flat. Is this typical of early hiv infection. It has been two weeks since the encoutner.
