No, not everyone with herpes has symptoms of the virus. Most people do have symptoms though, like developing many sores called an outbreak. But some people don't have outbreak even though they have herpes, this is more rare, but it is possible. Occasionally a person will experience symptoms months or even years after being infected, making it very difficult to identify the sex partner who was the source of the infection.

Not at all... you could be an asymptomatic carrier, infecting others while showing no symptoms yourself. The symptoms may manifest only at some times and not at others, or just a few days in a month, or years and then go away -- but the virus would remain 'dormant' until your immunity went down and then up would come the symptoms. However, usually, diagnosis is made based on the clinical features and symptoms -- so no need to worry too much about getting treated if you dont have any of the risk factors and are asymptomatic.
Just so you know - some risk factors are: contact with an infected person, previous manifestations, symptoms which recur.... like vesicles, etc.

Although first episode symptoms of genital herpes tend to be worse than subsequent herpes outbreaks, often a person’s herpes symptoms are so mild they go unnoticed. If you have been exposed to the virus, genital herpes symptoms can take between two and ten days to appear. Symptoms of herpes can include an itching or burning sensation and pain around the infected area. Painful lesions in the vagina, on the penis, around the genital area or anus, and on the thighs or buttocks often occur as well. Female herpes symptoms may also include vaginal discharge. Women frequently develop vaginal herpes, with herpes bumps and sores occurring in the vagina.

I got clinically diagnosed with herpes (type 2) about 3 yrs ago, when I was still in college and had a silly one-night stand. I know a lot of girls say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with someone that has sores around her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/HTJfC everything changed.
Not only was I able to eliminate all remnants of the hsv from my system in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!!! This system gave me back the opportunity to be happy and experience true love again. Now I want to help others by sharing this story.
