i just whent swmming and 3 tinny brake out just poped out can any one give me an advice

Sun damage to the skin can reactivate herpes. The effect of ultraviolet light (sunlight) is to damage the skin - it causes an inflammatory reaction, just as if you had burned your skin on a hot surface - and this damage can cause the dorman virus to reactivate.

Some things will "trigger" an outbreak more than they do others. I have had herpes for over 5 years and I can absolutely NOT go into a jacuzzi or hot tub. Literally, the next day I will have an outbreak. Other people with herpes might have no problem with going into a hot tub, but for some reason I can't because it triggers an outbreak for me. Swimming in a pool might affect you the same way. Everyone is different.

If someone had an std and was in the water, sure anyone could have caught something. Yuck public waters. Make sure that they are checking the chlorine level every half hour or don't swim in it.

could have a break out from something else .
cold , stress etc may not have been swimming , you just notice appeared after swimming .
