Probably not, it could be do any reaction and not to forget about stress. Thinking that you might have an std is another way of your brain ...actually showing symptoms of std's which isn't true....
Okay, take a test..if you are scared about evil nurses .......try the oral test or the 15 minute test just take atest anything is better than worrying your mind out....

Not sure what you mean by "hard spots". If you haven't had sex, why did you go to an STD clinic? I can't imagine that a clinic would try to infect you, but anything is possible I suppose.
I would recommend that you contact your physician immediately and tell him what you have told me. I'm sure he/she will point you in the right direction and will be able to clearly answer your questions.
