Ok, so to sum it up....an ex-call girl...I tested clean via PCR early detection roughly 5 weeks ago (so I would assume she's clean), saw her again Thursday, however used a condom. Worry or not to worry?

Condoms are pretty effective but I would still get tested if I was you. Dude - you need to think about what you are doing. Either don't do it or continue to do it with the realization that there is a good chance you will get sick if you keep it up. I spend alot of time in Thailand, where there are alot of prostitutes and some of them surely have HIV/AIDS. These are the most perfect women you could picture, not like nasty street walkers in the US. I don't have any kind of sex with them because I don't want to even risk getting sick at my age. When I hit 45 - 50 I plan to change my behavior. I will be old enough that if I get HIV, by the time it gets bad (with the meds etc) I will be pretty old. I would still always use a condom, but when I have less to lose I'll be more willing to take a chance. If you decide to keep going note that you should ALWAYS use a latex condom. Also I have heard that the chances of getting HIV from her performing oral on you is very very slim. There is no such thing as an ex-call girl.

5 weeks ago? How long after your exposure did you take the test?? If you had unprotected sex with her, you should be tested 3 months after your exposure with an ELISA test to be sure. That's all there is to it. To assume she is clean is a mistake! Get tested 3 months after the exposure, and wear a condom from now on!

Dont worry, Get Tested--Agian..and what do you mean "I would assume she's clean"? Never "assume" that anyone is free of HIV until you go with them to get tested.

well there are other things that you can get than HIV
BUT...an ex call girl...I assume she's clean...and you believe her? ok
