do you feel like you have to pee all the time, but can only get a small amount out at a time? do you feel a little disoriented at times? It sounds like you might have a UTI ( urinary tract infection) the yellow/white substance coming out might be a sign of very nasty infection caused by having UTI for so long without treatment. GO TO YOUR DOCTOR ASAP!!!!!

LOL! To Beth n' Wayne's response. As I read it i thought, "Dude! Go to the doctor" But she already said it for me. Honestly, it may be a number of things, not just ?gonerrea? screw spell check. Good thing for you most of the things it could be can be cured with a prescription. But you need to get to the docquick because depending on what it is that longer you have it, it can dosome serious damage to your plumbing.

Congratulations, you have gonorrhea!
(or maybe just non-specific urethritis)
Get to a clinic or doctor TODAY to get it cultured and get your antibiotic shots. This can make you or your partners sterile if left untreated. They should also test you for other STDs.

If you HAVE NOT been sexually active, it may be only an infection.
See your GP.
Otherwise, see a urologist ASAP.
There are no doctors here.
