After returning from a workout, I found this really tough cyst at the wrist area, right where the hand's joint is. It doesn't hurt or anything, but there's just that bump (feels like a poking bone). The doctor told me not to do anything and that it might go away or it might not. The fact that it's there annoys me...What do you think? (popping isn't an option, it's deep underneath the skin).

my mom has these tiny little lumps/pimples on her hands and feet. I think they are only on the hands and feet and no where else. they are very small, maybe a half or quarter the size of an acne pimple and they are described to be very irritating and itchy. She is not experiencing any flue like symptoms: headache, fever, fatigue, etc. I thought it might be chicken pox, but the pimples are not everywhere and there's no fever. Can you tell me anything about it? what is it?

I've noticed a pretty solid bubble (feels like a poking bone) at the hand joint area after a workout. The doctor said that it's nothing serious and I should do anything about it...just let it be and it might go away...
I've had it for almost a week now.
Well the fact that it's there annoys me...what do you think?

I have tried all the lotions, oil, cream, even crisco lard to apply to my dry, cracked, rough feet to soften them up. Does anyone know what else I can do, they feel like sandpaper and I am ashamed for anyone to see them let alone feel them..

What are some natural foods and remedies to help with this acne? I hate having it. I'm using Differin, that my doctor prescribed, but it's not working. And I used 10-day prescribed pills. I'm tired of all the chemical crap. I need natural stuff that'll help. And my Doc said use a facewash but nothing with soap. He recomended Neutrogena but the Walgreens folks told me to use Cetaphil facewash (and I am) but it really dries my face out. What should I use instead?

The wold would be so much better if everyone had perfect skin!! LOL.

My 12 year old son went to his friends house, fhey went to the pool and I found out they were sitting in the hottub for almost the whole time (3-4 hours)

My son is home now, his skin looks different. It looks very dried out as if there is no moisturize left in his skin. He also says its itchy sometimes.

What should I be doing?
