It's a boil.
You can: wait until it forms a head and cut it open so all the pus, goo, and the root of the boil comes out, and likely have a scar; or you can go see the dr. and get a med that causes it to go away.

I have had the same thing when I went to my doctor he told me it was a pimple and that I could either pop it or wait till it goes away. It could also be a boil pop it or get meds for it, only a doctor can really tell you what it is and how to treat it.

Keep an eye on it, I had the same thing yrs ago and it was the beginning of a MRSA rash. I don't suggest you pop it. I would put a band aid on it to keep it from popping and spreading. If it gets worse or you get more go to your family doctor.
