I've noticed a pretty solid bubble (feels like a poking bone) at the hand joint area after a workout. The doctor said that it's nothing serious and I should do anything about it...just let it be and it might go away...
I've had it for almost a week now.
Well the fact that it's there annoys me...what do you think?

You could get a second opinion from another doctor...maybe a hand surgeon specialist?

I had a lump near the joint at the base of my ring finger a few years ago. It was painful so I went to the doctor and had it checked out, including an x-ray. Mine turned out to be a cyst and it burst and went away by itself.

maybe that guy's a quack.
if it's solid i wouldn't think it to be a blister.
maybe it's a calcium build up or something.
