I had a TB test done 8 days ago, which was read as negative by the nurse. However, the site is red, irregularly shaped and slightly swollen. The red area is a little more than a centimeter in diameter. Is it possible the nurse misread the test and I have been exposed to TB?

It's not severe, and sometimes you can't notice it, but it's noticeable when the skin flakes and turns red on my eyebrows and the sides of my nose. If this a lifetime kind of thing, then what would be the best thing to do?

WE RECENTLY FOUND OUT THAT MY 7 MONTH OLD SON HAS ECZEMA. ITS ON HIS BACK, CHEEKS, AND THE BACK OF HIS HEAD. HIS DOCTOR GAVE HIM A 1% HYDRACORTISONE CREAM BUT I WAS HOPING FOR SOME OTHER ALTERNATIVES. I DON'T LIKE THE FACT OF USING A STEROID TYPE CREAM.

They are only getting worse! We got a new puppy and thought he had brought a flea infestation into the house BUT i have fogged and we have all been bathing in oatmeal bathes, and using the Aveeno cream, etc, when i went to the dr. he said it looked like flea bites BUT this has been going on for 3 weeks now and getting worse by the day! I haven't even seen one flea jump on me , neither has any of my family members! I know fleas can be tricky but it is weird when the puppy comes in contact with any of us we start itching automatically in that area and then we have an extremely itchy rash! I don't know what else this could be, does anybody else have any ideas? I have been washing everyone's bedding regularly and haven't changed detergents, nothing has changed except the new puppy in the house and he is flea free! HELP!! I am at my wits end and i have 4 kids and they are itching to death along with my husband and i ! I have never in my life seen something like this!

I developed this weird rash and Im not sure if its heat rash. It never happened to me before. Mostly its on my legs, behind the knees and sometimes on the thighs. Today i got them around my wrists and the back of my arm. It starts off with a small circular bump ( like a mosquito bite ) and it gets bigger in shape. There is no blister, no redness ( except when i scratched the area). It looks more annoying than the itch (and its not THAT itchy). Sometimes there will be one big bump surrounded by smaller clusters and it goes away when i sleep. Im not allergic to anything or cream and sure did not contact any poison ivy. So what is it? If its heat rash, what can i do to prevent it from happening again??? Are there any home treatments?

I wasn't worried about it when I first had this problem because I thought maybe it was a sunburn and thought my skin would heal by itself, but i had this problem about almost half a year already. Everytime I wet my face, my skin turns white and when I wipe off all the white, my skin turns really red. In about 3 days the skin grows back, but starts to shed again. I'm guessing it might be dry skin. I did put some cream to moisturize the skin, but that didn't really work. I hope it's not anything serious.

My husband has itching between his toes. It has been this way for a few months. His feet always sweat no matter what he tries. He has tried all the sprays and powders and they don't seem to work. He also has the fungus in his toe nails. Its constantly itching and only stops when he scratches. Now he has scratched them so much its opened the skin and light bleeding. I also think it is spreading to his hands from scratching so much. Is there any home treatments we can do before seeing a physician? Help! Thanks!

I have red bumps in big patches all over my body. They itch really bad, and you can't really see most of them until I itch them, I have them all up my arms on my elbows (those ones look different, dryish) some on my lower stomach, and legs. I lotion ALOT. I thought it could be flea bites maybe? We just put new carpet in our place, cleaned all our sheets -bedding washed both cats and got flea collars and I still have it. It got alittle better and then just came back again. Does anyone know what it could be? Also, maybe somethin from the lake maybe because Ive been going there lately. I appreciate any help!
