I would suggest putting a cottonball saturated with applecider vinegar on the wart evrynight beofre going to bed, keep in place by securing a bandaid over the cotton ball. Tried it, it works and just a tiny scare was left.

The best way is to see your physician. Especiall if you are over the age of 30. After 30, your chance of skin cancer is high enough that you should consult a physician about these skin tags and warts.

As well, having your physician use liquid nitrogen to freeze the tags and warts off is inexpensive, fast, and safe.

Your doctor will freeze them off for you with dry ice. It only took a few minutes to remove a wart from my finger. They use the same treatments for skin tags.

As far as skin tags go, often times, derm docs will just snip them off, if they hang sufficiently. Perhaps you could tie a really fine thread around it and eventually it would drop off. However, skin tags are often genetic and familial. And they do return.
