I developed this weird rash and Im not sure if its heat rash. It never happened to me before. Mostly its on my legs, behind the knees and sometimes on the thighs. Today i got them around my wrists and the back of my arm. It starts off with a small circular bump ( like a mosquito bite ) and it gets bigger in shape. There is no blister, no redness ( except when i scratched the area). It looks more annoying than the itch (and its not THAT itchy). Sometimes there will be one big bump surrounded by smaller clusters and it goes away when i sleep. Im not allergic to anything or cream and sure did not contact any poison ivy. So what is it? If its heat rash, what can i do to prevent it from happening again??? Are there any home treatments?

I dont think its eczema because my skin is not extremely dry. I was never born with eczema and Im 29 this year. I dont think its anything that i ate ( i always ate dairy w/o any problems). It will appear on my skin and not necessary be itchy.

Probably eczema. Look it up. There's medication for it, but the good stuff is prescription only. Heat rash is not actually caused by heat. It is caused by sweat. Keep yourself dry with baby powder and see if that helps. Ointments tend to trap the sweat next to your skin and make the situation worse. Some skin creams contain anesthetics and othe nasty stuff which can make things worse. I get this when I drive long distances in hot weather. It can progress from annoying to painful in no time if you don't do something about it.

have you eaten anything that you might be allergic to?
You can develop a rash like that after eating too much of something such as strawberries.
Otherwise it sounds like you got into something.
Retrace your steps and meals to see if you can come up with any ideas.

It could be excema because you can get behind joints. It can be caused by allergies, mostly milk and egg products cause it. It can also be caused from wearing fake jewelry if you get it on your wrist. There are many different types of excema. You should go to your doctor cause there are medications for this and it could be something else.
