i suffered years of reoccurring boils under my armpits. you need to get it to a head by hot moist compress. when you feel a weakening in the area, bite the bullet and squeeze. the type of squeeze it the key. you have to go wide, deep and up. it's going to hurt. if you have insurance let your dr. lance it it's quicker and they have local numbing meds. i actually had to have sweat glands removed. so I've tried everything including old southern treatments from my grandma. she always tell me it's my body getting rid of bacteria by forcing it through my skin.

Hi.....I used to get boils constantly under my arm pits when I was a teenager.
I went to a Dermatologist who did tests and determined that my perfume glands (as he called them) were overactive which is why the boils would come up (because of the pores being so clogged from the glands being overactive). It was also suggested that I change to Dial Soap (the gold bars which I believe have the least amount of scent themselves) and to change to "perfume & dye free" detergent.
I was put on Tetracyclin and then the Doctor "lanced" the boil in his office. He put me on the table, numbed under my arm and lanced it. Needless to say, it was immediate relief.
It was also suggested that I didn't put any deodorant for a day because the boil was now open. It healed over in about a day and everything was fine. The Doctor also suggested changing my deodorant to an "unscented" type of deodorant.
Please consult either your Family Doctor or a Dermetologist.
I hope that my answer has helped you. Please have a lovely rest of the day and good luck.

HOT HOT HOT water. Shower with the hottest water you can stand and aim the shower nozzle to your arm pit and leave it their for about 5 minutes. When you wake up in the morning it should be better.

apply a hot compress-warm wash cloth and it will come to a head then drain it. if it gets big red and radiates heat-its gotten infected(armpit moistness) and you can get on an antibiotic that should shrink it in 2 or 3 days
