Can you contract boils through sexual intercourse?

NO you cannot contract boils through sexual intercourse.....but you can cause a boil to form from the act itself. A boil is a pocket of infection that is usually caused by a localized Staph infection in a hair follicle. Here is a web sight that you view for more info.

There are other things that you can contract through sexual intercourse though that could look like a boil.....If you are experiencing anything that is abnormal in that region of your body than I suggest that you go see the Dr. and avoid sexual contact until you know what is going on. Boils are usually caused by staph infections. So it is possible to spread the staph by sexual intercourse, especially if anal is involved.
