I have reddish pimples on my arms, sometimes could be itchy to the extent, I scratched too much and became ugly scars, I have to wear long sleeves to conceal them...
Help if you have solution to cure the ugly scars or prevent new ones from forming

vitamin e cream, or Aveano anti ich and healing lotion. I have the same problem but now that i got some sun, fresh air, and cream its getting better. hope it works.

lol they r not pimples....i have something similar...my doctor said that they will go away as i keep growing(i'm 14)....but i would still recommend u 2 go 2 ur doctor

Try applying cinnamon and honey for a week apply at bed time and see how it goes.

exfoliate with an exfoliating sponge.
Scars come when you pick at your zits or pop them. don't pick them, prevent them
