I have what I think must be a bite on the back of my neck. It's caused quite a large (about 3 inches wide) very red mark, it was very sore for about two days, felt like a burn and the skin feels very rough, sandpaper-like, almost again like a healing burn. Anyone know what it could be?

I often have small bumps on my arms, like pimples, and when i squeeze them this white substance flows out and i feel really great, somehow. Over the years I become addicted to doing it, especiallly when i'm feeling down or bored. But everytime i do it a scar develops and now my arms are filled with ugly scars. Help??

I have a rash. It is not poison ivy or summac. I am allergic to tomatoes and was handling a tomatoe plant. I think it might be from that. I have used lotions usually for poison ivy, summac but it hasn't helped. What do I do to get rid of the itch?

I believe I was bit by a spider in Long Island, NY. Unsure which spiders are common and indigenous to the area. I have a swollen red bump the size of a baseball on my back. Thank God my mother is a nurse of 30 years and know's a thing or two about treatment. However, I would like to know what was a common treatment, antibiotic, and what spider(s) it could have possibly been. My mother has released some of the blood and pus however the skin is still tough, shiny, hard but not dead. If someone know's something then please offer your kind words.

Thank You!

Another question, I have black marks on my face because of pimples, how do I get rid of them? I am so annoyed, my face looks like dead cells hanging ...please anyone give me a solution, and please don't tell me to go to doctor for help, I wanted home remedies so I can cure on myself. I was laying down last night, and put my hand in my hair. I then notice it was wet, so I I thought I cold wipe it off, but it was still wet, so then I smelled it to see what its was, then I rubbed it on my hand and looked at it to see if it was blood, then I grabed my pair of clippers and cut my hair of in that spot, it was blood red, and damp. So I poured some achohl and porocside on it(it burned like hell), then I wiped it all off, and it was still wet and hurting, so then I put some neospurine on it, and now the wetness has died down, but it is still red......Does anyone know what it is? has anyone had this happen to them?.............please help, I dont want to to cut the rest of my hair untill I understand what it is, because I dont want to effect the rest of my head.

Also I know my spelling is messed up, so please dont comment on it

They are itchy and when busted a liquid comes out. They are not on the palms of my hands or the fingers. I know this sounds like exzema, but I don't think it is. Any suggestions?

It doesn't itch, it's not exzema. (sp?) The follicles are bumpy and when I drag my fingernail over normal skin then onto the patch, there is less feeling on the patch. It's not scaly, not discolored. It's been there awhile. Vit. A deficiency? Can't really see it visibly unless you look close and see the follicles.

Omigod..I just noticed that as I sit at my desk (it's a high chair) that's exactly where my knee hits the desk when my legs are crossed. Is that possible? Why would the follicles be like that?

After a lovely night outdoors (au natural in a pond) with my bf on Sunday, we both contracted scabies.

The dr. prescribed an antihistamine (Atarax), but that nor benedryl, nor hydrocortizone is helping the latent itching which can last 2-3 weeks after curative tratment......

Any ideas?
