If it happens often, it could be any number of conditions. Try using non-latex household gloves when doing anything involving water or cleaning products. Moisturize your hands with Eucerin or Cetaphil cream at least twice a day. (Those two brands are unlikely to cause a reaction in most sensitive skin.) Use very gentle hand soap. (Dove for sensitive skin is great.) Keep all other products (even makeup, sunscreen and so on) off the areas that have the problem.
If these don't help quick-style (1-2 weeks) see a dermatologist. Actually, most people's hands don't peel, you should probably see a dermatologist anyway.

don't know, but it could be the type of soap u use or sometimes your skin just does it naturally. try using a cocoa butter or shea butter lotion to keep it from looking so obvious.
