there look quarter sized and i know they are not mosquito bites because they dont itch. Also i have a really itchy pinky.

Sounds like a forest down there. I am sorry for your troubles.
The answer is in the foods you eat and possibly stress you experience every day. Kind of like the stress you have put me under in evaluating your tush. I will survive.
Lots of fruit and 3 liters of water each day. Oh ya keeping things clean is very advisable.

does it hurt? if it does, it might be a boil....
ouch!!!
better get medications before it gets infected...
antibiotics are good esp. cloxaxillin..
but make sure it is a boil...
go see ur doc to be sure...
