It's a good thing you can't use an antibiotic because they are made from fungus, not made to get rid of fungus. You need an anti-fungal medicine. You also need a better knowledge of self-care.

Try Tea Tree Oil. It's specifically made to kill fungus. It also wards of lice, you can put a drop or two in your shampoo and you can't even tell. You can buy it at Fred Meyer, and possibly Target or Walmart. Ask a pharmacist if you can't find it, maybe they can help you find it. It works great. Good luck!

Many anti fungal topical preparations containing clotrimazole/miconazole/ketoconazole etc. available. Also salicylic acid + benzoic acid preparations are available for tinea. Best to consult a dermatologist who can prescribe the drug depending on the type of fungus.

Go get a brillo pad and some rubbing alcohol and scrub the fungus off after that make sure you wash your body with antifungil body soap everyday.

there are lots of anti-fungal and bacteria creams-over the counter and prescription, if strong soap and water wont do the trick. you can ask your doctor or pharmacist.
