It started happening to me about five years ago. For me, it's not menopause. I have a mild case of rosacea - you can confirm that by visiting a dermatologist. It's helped me immensely to cut back on sugar (all forms of carbs, but mostly refined sugar like sodas, presweetened drinks, etc.) I also can't drink any alcohol (not just red wine -- it's not the sulfates) without getting red and hot! The enjoyment of the alcohol is just NOT worth it. :) It really could be many things, but try to keep track of what you eat/drink and see if there is a connection.

Depends on your age. If you are of menopausal age its most likely hot flashes. Try some of the new soy products for menopause

Sounds like high blood pressure.You can check it at most pharmacies before trying to get in with your Dr.Good luck to you.

cut off chocolate and sweets. I also recomend nivia face scrub and nivea moisturizing toner it can be as many times daily as you want and it keeps your face feeling refreshed.
