I don't have any other symptoms really. I've sneezed about 4 times during the entire 7 weeks and have had essentially 0 times of a stuffy or runny nose. I feel completely fine and don't know what to do. The cough is better than it was before, but I wonder if it's because of the antibiotics, but will come back with a vengeance after it wears off. I mostly have a dry cough now every once in a while. It's really getting annoying.
I went to the East code for 5 of the 7 weeks and still had a cough. If it's allergies, wouldn't it at least go away in one of the cities? (I'm in the west coast now) The only other thing I can think of is detergent. Also, if it is in fact allergies, what should I take. Will this go away?
Any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

I have a little girl who is 3 yrs old and has asthma. She is on flovent(3 puffs 3times a day )and ventolin 2 puffs 3-4 times a day. She has been having problems constantly coughing at night and during the day. I've had her to the doctors and they put her on predisone. I haven't noticed any difference, and the doctor says it has to take own course. Does anyone have any suggestion on what to do.

so for the past 3 weeks, at least, i have been having ALOT of trouble breathing. it feels as if i am having a constant asthma attack. i can never get deep breaths, it is as if my lungs have a block on them and i can only get in so much air, but very few times i do get a good deep breath. also whenever i breath in i get this sharp pain in my chest and it leads up to my right coller bone, and then if it does get worse, the pain goes back into my back towards my rib cage. i went to the doctor and all he did was up my inhaler dose, i am now onCombivent 14.7GM, and advair, (the middle dose in the diskis), but this is not helping at all. what else can i do? and what is wrong? also what is up with the pain? he said it had nothing to do with asthma....so what is it and why? someone please help im desperate, i can barely sleep

My little girl has strep throat and was prescribed promethazine/codeine cough syrup, but her throat is still killing her. I didn't know if I could give her Tylonal with this and I won't till I know for sure.
I can't call the Dr. because they are closed. I have looked up the medication online and it doesn't say it has Tylenol in it, but im still not sure.
Anyone know?

Over the weekend I got sick. I had a 102 fever, my whole body hurt, i have the WORST sore throat, I'm having trouble swallowing and breathing. Although everything else has gone away, I'm feeling a lot better, my throat still hurts a lot, especially on the right side. No matter what I do, nothing helps. I have taken Ibuprofen, nyquil, I even tried this throat spray that has phenol in it. It just keeps getting worse. Whenever I swallow, it feels like someone is dragging a fork down my throat. Everything I take seems to by drying my throat out. I have no health insurance and i don;t know what to do. Any suggestions?

I'm a non-smoker by choice. However, I have known so many people who smoke, and see so many especially young people smoking. Just wanting to know what caused you to start, and for those who quit, what caused you to stop? Thank you.

I have had a pretty bad coughing problem over the past year and a half. I have gone to the doctor and all he does is checks my lungs and tells me that im fine but I know im not.

The coughing comes from more of an upper
region, aroud the throat and obviously bothers and irritates me.....and my breathing at times sounds scratchy like that of a real overweight person

what could this be? ive heard alergies and possibly coming from nose but im not convinced

thanks

If you smoke cigarettes in a closed in room, is the smoke you inhale from the cig better or worse than the second hand smoke floating around in the room?

ok, I have had bronchitis for about 3 weeks now. This is the second time this season to get it. The first time, dr gave me z-pak and some great syrup that knocked me out. This time I didnt go back to the dr right away because I knew it was bronchitis again. I was getting better until i woke up the other day feeling like a truck hit me. I went back to the dr, he said I again have bronchitis and gave me another z-pak with some lame-O syrup. But along with my bronchitis inflamed lungs, I've had fever for 2 days and sore throat for day 3 (no puss pockets) achey, chills, stuffy nose, so I'm pretty sure I have the flu now to go along with my bronchitis. My question- should i take the z-pac again? I dont want to become resistant and what if its viral bronchitis and not bacterial?
