i have no idea what it is! ill be going to the Doctors today! but i feel like choked up! and its hard to breathe in . i feel like my chest is caving in! then while i swallow i feel something . anybody HELP>>>>>

That happened to me 5 years ago! When I swallowed, it felt like I had a needle in my throat. I couldn't eat for two weeks, I could only drink ensure meal replacement and I had lost twenty pounds. I was really sick and doctors didn't know what I had until I saw a ENT ear, nose, throat specialist! He ran some tests and it turned out it was my thyroid gland! I had Hashimoto's Thyroiditis! I have to take anti-inflammatory pills now!! You should see a specialist ENT, because maybe it is your thyroid gland! Good luck and best wishes!!
