I can keep o2 levels up in the 90's when at rest but my lungs feel tight all the time

Oregano? ignore that.

Some people with elevated CO2 levels benefit from using a BiPap machine while they sleep. However, high CO2 will not make your lungs feel tight (bronchospasm). Bronchospasm CAN elevate your CO2.

Take your bronchodilators as prescribed, and not just when you feel you "need" them (common mistake). And see your doc. Maybe your regimen needs adjusting.

Oxygen will keep your 02 stats up

I have 30% lung capacity, with 02 I can maintain an 02 stat of 94 to 96
