My doc called and said that my thyroid levels in my blood test were A LITTLE LITTLE bit above average. Hyperthyroid.

I read some symptoms and am I over analyzing?

I tend to "poop" several times during the day and the past 2 months or so they have been "loose"

I have virtually lost my libido over the past year...it is not "relationship" problems.

I definelty feel fatigued...like I want to take 2 naps a day and it is not uncommon for me to be sleeping 15 hours in a single day (not in a row)

I do have shortness of breath, but i am a smoker and am out of shape.

I had a high blood pressure reading at the doc last time.

Main thing is though...i HAVE NOT been losing weight and I know that is a sign.

What is your experience with this?

I am 56, had osteoperosis and also am out of shape due to chronic fatigue syndrome. I reached down to pull a weed with my left hand and now it hurts under my left breat, what would the symptoms be if I have fractured (mini) a rib because of the osteop. or what would the symptoms be if it was a pulled muscle, living on pennies, not on meds and no ins. to see dr. here

Hi,
I will try and not be so vulgar but for a while if not ages I have had problems pooing, I have been up to the point where I will not be able to go for 5 days, Once more I can fart for ages and really badly without trying it just happends. Its annoying me and the mystery is I will not need to fart in public places but when I get home i just cannot stop. I have tried dulcolux which does not do anything for 2 to 3 days and most of the time at the end of the week i will poo 3 to 4 times in a single day

Why is this happening to me what can I do to stop it

One final note when I do fart I will fart for a couple of hours and then seconds later i will be deperate to have a poo what is going on

If anyone could tell me what the problem is and what I can do about it that would be great

Thanks
Ben

By the way I have a god diet and I am loosing the weight for the benefit of other disabilities

I walk two miles per day and I am not overweight. I just had a stress test about 6 months ago and all turned out normal. I do have high blood preesure which I take one pill per day for. I am 50 yrs old and have never had a major health issue.

My problem is that about a week ago I have noticed that my blood pressure is coming in low. The normal for me is 130/80 now it can drop as low as 105/67, as well as do a little fluxuating. When I walk I take my Blood pressure and it comes in at 120/ 73 which after a hard walk is very suprising. Now when I drink any coffee ( with suger) or eat any meal other that friut I get dizzy and sweaty. This feeling passes in about a half hour and all seems to be pretty normal. With all this said does anyone have a clue whats going on?

He is at home now but I'm not getting any help or advise from anyone. ( I live in Hull, East Yorkshire, England ) I have rang H.A.T.s which stands for 'Hull Acute Therapy' and they can't help as they are short staffed, but will send someone when they can. Harry (my husband) is left handed and it's his left side that has gone so he can't do anything with his right hand anyway...........He can't controll his bowels and he has bad depression, one minute he's laughing the next he's crying. Now he has mouth ulcers. He is also eating like it's going out of fashion and he only weighs 10 stone (well, at the moment) He also has Rhumatoid arthritis which he's had a long time. Also they have diagnosed him with Parkinsons disease. Can anyone help with diet advise and exersise.

I have a friend who compulsively pucks hair out all over their body with tweezers one at a time. Some times they go on doing this for long periods of time. When i asked them why they do this, they said that they didn't know.

I have like two symptoms of HIV , And halfway believe that I may have contracted the disease , yet I am constantly in denial that "everything is fine" I am terrified to death of going in for an HIV test for fear that the news might be bad . If I do indeed have this virus , I would rather die without knowing that I have it . Knowing or finding out that I had it would kill me a lot quicker than the actual ailment . My world would be black , chaotic and full of misery . So for my mental sanity , I would rather not know u guys , and would rather be in constant denial ! PLEASE HELP!

I just recently read an article talking about digestive enzyme capsules helping treat eczema. I have had eczema since I was 6 months old (now 26) and have recently been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. My question is, would digestive enzyme capsules help with both my eczema AND IBS? And if so, can anyone recommend what kind to get and where? I have found several on GNC's website. Anyone have any experience with these? Thanks for your help!

I've had it off and on for about a week or so. Don't know what could be causing it. I've heard acid reflux, pregnancy, etc. I had some increased burping over the past couple weeks, but it has subsided; had some acid once in awhile. Negative HPT's and blood preg tests, so I know it's not that (took those because I'm normally paranoid and wanted to be sure! :) )

Any thoughts? Yes, I'm going to go see the Dr., just wanted some insight. Thanks!

This has happened to me many times over the years. Normally, I can blow my nose, or clear my throat, and hack up the food. But last night, I got some shredded ham, that was on top of my chicken provolone lodged in there, and I can't seem to get it out. Also, isn't that unsafe to have food in there without the acids and enzymes to break it down? Doesn't bacteria thrive on something like that? I'm afraid I'm going to get sick from it.

the vertigo is only when i get up in the morning. I get up slowly and sit on the edge of the bed until it passes. Usually seconds and sometimes minutes. I then can get out of bed with no more vertigo but have a bad headache and pressure in the front of my head?? what could this be? I checked my B/P which seems low at times esp. in the morning but fluctuates all day?? any ideas or suggestions? thanks Sheri

I got a little nauseas after having a couple of rice cakes five hours ago... as you know rice cakes are really not heavy and i'm sure theyre not contaminated..and my stomach has been a little funny for the past two days

well like i said, it's been five hours and i'm hungry and not nauseas..but i'm really skeptical... what should i do? just try to sleep on an empty stomach or try to eat again
