regarding that i've met two apparently healthy people who presented the same symptoms before dying which include sudden pain & fatigue waking them up at night from their sleep & before trasporting them to hospitals they were already dead

the key here is "apparently". you cannot gauge the health of a person by appearances. Sudden death is almost always heart related, and these people die because they do not get annual check ups, they do not take care of their "inner" health, like cholesterol control, sugar control, and so forth. Aneurism as mentioned above, is EXTREMELY rare.

You were transporting them from where, are you a medic for an ambulance company, then you've seen your share of this. In the first place an aneurysm is not "extremely rare" like the RN stated, I'm sorry to disagree but these are actually quite common if you've been around an ER enough you see quite a lot of it. It's one leading cause of death of middle aged people followed by heart conditions, again, young people do have a high rate of heart conditions. Our society has been changing to a more and more fast paced society.
People don't eat right, they don't take care of themselves and don't see the doctor when it's necessary. They leave their health go until it's to late.

Look in the obits of the local paper and see how many young people, in their forties and fifties that die due to heart and heart related problems.
