They actually measure the amount of creatinine in the urine during drug testing. If the creatinine is too low, that could indicate that the urine was diluted with water.

according to web md, and the many blood tests i have had to have in my years yes creatine does show in regular cbc, complete blood count. but as far as a drug test, if the employee is asking for a cbc they will get a creatine count, if its only for certain drugs and alcohol then that is what they will get. hope that answered your question. good luck!

yes it does now, they use a test called "mask" and it testf for everything - vinegar (like pickle juice), creatine, any over amount of vitamins that are not part of a multi tab. ike if you just take creatine and nothing else shows. the only safe way is synthetic urine or be clean......

Nope.....If it did, they wouldnt care because creatine is an unproven supplement.

yes it does. its waste product, creatinine, is excreted as a waste product through the urine.
