I don't know about the rib but I know that swimming can greatly help the CFS. After swimming for the last year, I feel like a normal person (most of the time). No exhaustion, no pain. Well maybe not "none" but compared to what you are used to, an amazing improvement..

I don't think you have fx ribs even though you have osteoporosis and your bone is easy to brake.Osteoporosis usually lose ca from big bone first.Pull the weeds is not consider a traumatic act.Symptoms of fx rib are bruise, swelling and tender spot(fracture side).Pain on the fx side when you breath(especially deep breath)If fx are sever the broken ribs could puncture the lung will develop shortness breath, cough up of blood.Milder fx no need ti have treatment just need some pain pill.In your case you can wait;observation;if pain gets worse or other symptoms developed then to see a doctor and need x-ray to confirm the diagnosis,

I certainly have cracked my ribs in the previous taking part in curler derby. i comprehend how undesirable it hurts and on occasion it may sense like my ribs have been going to poke an organ or some thing. i've got been there. easily, in case you visit a doctor there is not plenty they could do. that's different from you may positioned a solid around them or your torso, comprehend what i'm saying? relatively, they provides you with painkillers and inform you to take a seat back, to place down and not flow. you ought to use a heating blanket or some thing to help with the soreness, as there are tiny tendons around the ribs which would be sore from the impact and the warmth will help relieve this. as for the ribs, they're going to heal in time and on their own.
