the vertigo is only when i get up in the morning. I get up slowly and sit on the edge of the bed until it passes. Usually seconds and sometimes minutes. I then can get out of bed with no more vertigo but have a bad headache and pressure in the front of my head?? what could this be? I checked my B/P which seems low at times esp. in the morning but fluctuates all day?? any ideas or suggestions? thanks Sheri

It sounds like your vertigo is coming from the back of your neck. An ice pack placed on the back of your neck fifteen minutes, several times a day can help reduce the vertigo. Also see a chiropractor as soon as possible to get help with resolving the vertigo problem.

Caused by crystals in inner ear (vestibule) out of alignment.
Check with a Physical Therapist, most times they can show
you exercises that will alleviate/eliminate the vertigo!

Have you been taking a new prescription? This is a side effect of some drugs. Otherwise I would guess it is fluid build up in your sinus and ears during the night. Maybe you need an allergy medication. Talk with your doctor.
