I have 2 herniated disc & take Prednisone & get cortisone shots in my spine These medications are not long term & cycle as needed because of the sides. Some of my test came back real elevated. I had a platelet count of 700+. I guess I had a over active thyroid because it was like .03 or something like that. All I know is that it's over active. Can someone explain please…

I've been checked and all of my results were negative. Do anyone know what else could cause this problem? I was doing some research on the internet, is anyone familiar with a condition called, Uretritis?

I went to the dr. due to knee pain and right finger joint pain. Bloodwork/xrays were done and my white count was 17. Blood was redone and white count was lower. Everyday I become fatigued and sleepy and have no strength by noon. Dr. said I had a viral infection but I'm not getting my energy back though I take vitamins and iron. I'm scheduled to see an orthopedic dr. for arthritis but need to get my energy back to normal. This came on quite suddenly. I don't want to seem like a hypochondriac. Professional advice is greatly appreciated.

It would greatly reduce the amount of nasty air we beathe every day, families would live longer, and now it's going to kids who take it to the next level and go to weed and stuff.

Ok for about 2 years now ive been really ill, when i first got ill i couldnt walk half the time due to just not having the strength to hold myself up, and i was sick even by the smell of food, i basically survived by drinking water, and throwing toast down my mouth and hoping it would stay down long enough, i also developed itchy rashes all over my body and all i could do was take photos to show my doctors as they would disapear within 20-30 mins, its been two years doctors havent got a clue whats wrong with me, they give me anti nauseas so i can eat so i dont throw up anymore, but its annoying to know just missing one med can cause me to spend the rest of the day with my head in a bucket. i see a doctor all the time and u name the blood test ive had it the only test thts showed anything is me having extremly high globin levels(im female and have a higher level than a full grown man)...doctors cant help, any ideas?? Its so depressing :( still get the rashes, and i shake alot :'( HELP!

Why is it that sugar is freely available to a greater majority of people, and if it makes most children are hyper active why is it that there is not public education on sugar and link to openly available drugs?

About 1 1/2 years ago I went to the ER with severe pain to the left of my back on the lower side (flank area) with the pain radiating around my hip and down my inside thigh. It sorta felt like spasms inside of me. My white blood cells were elevated so Dr. hospitalized me for IV treatment, released me the next day and directed me to attend therapy for my back. The pain continued so he decided to x-ray my lower back. The results showed that my left kidney was three times the size of my right and then ordered a MRI which reflected a good sized mass within my left kidney. My treatment pretty much stopped there. This was about a year ago. My pain has continued, usually lasts for 2 - 3 days at a time, stops, then resumes within a week or two, but it has not been as severe as that 1st occurance. Its more a dull irritating continual pain. Dr did tell me at one time that with kidney stones the pain is very very severe and that it doesn't involve pain that radiates down the thigh?

Sounds gross. It is. My ear hurt a long time when I went to my derm I got some cephalexin, so I figured it would kill the earache. Well it never did. I have puss on the Qtip when I swab. Some green colored ear wax... I flushed with peroxide and swabbed, a big scab came out. My ear was bleeding yesterday. It hurts bad and I already know I am going to the doctor tomorrow but why is there green in my ear now?

My best friend has a younger brother in 1st grade. I was visiting her today and her younger brother came home with a notice from the school or school district or whatever, saying that one of the students at the school he attends actually HAS meningitis. The notice recommended that he be tested for it, although I was told that the child with it was in a higher grade level, and that my friend's younger brother probably didn't come in much contact with him throughout his day at summer school (he has one class for four hours before he gets home). Still, is there a chance that I might develop it? My uncle was diagnosed with it a couple years ago, and he nearly DIED, which makes me really worried. Any help?

go to the doctors but before I do I would like to hear if anyone else has had this and what it could be. Every couple of minutes no matter what I do I get dizzy spells. They only last a little while, but it happens all day everyday. I also go blind in the dark now and that is something that has never happened before. If anyone else has had this happen did you get it checked and what was the cause?

My wife's 34. 2 weeks ago, in the middle of the night, she told me that her brain was flying, felt tingling sensation in her hands and legs, had difficulty in breathing, was palpitating and so on. The whole night I held her and the next morning i rushed to a hospital. After the usual check ups, the doctor diagnosed it as an Anemia and gave some medicines. Then after a week, again at the same time, she felt the same kind of symptoms. Again I rushed her to hospital and the GP referred her to Neuropsychiatrist who diagnosed it as Panic Disorder. Although she's under medications, she has been suffering from those symptoms more frequently. I'm in dilemma.
I just want to know whether there are any websites where I can scan her med. reports and ask the doctors online. I'm really lost. Please help me.
