lower left hand side of stomach, like a weak liver or sumin?
only sometimes.
or sometimes after i have done a No. 2 it feels weak.

The liver is on the right side of the body so totally unconnected with your "weakness". Its impossible to diagnose your problem on here...go see your doctor.

I have no idea what you mean by a "weak" feeling in the stomach, or anywhere in the abdomen for that matter. I can tell you that the liver is nowhere near that particular area.

sounds like irritable bowel syndrome or something similar. your colon might be packed full of brick hard you know what if your not managing to go regularly. see your GP and ask advice. I Have IBS and when it was first diagnosed sounds similar to your symptoms

Go and see your GP. They will diagnose you with something or tell you your fine. Just go and do it because you will feel better once it is checked out.

your liver is in your back area and you need to be more spesific about your question tell me where exactly
